This course has been designed to build on the Year 9 Graphics course and it encourages you to design and make products with creativity and originality, using a range of graphic and modelling materials. You will be enthused and challenged by the range of practical activities possible. You will design and make products using graphic media and new technologies to prepare you for the world of work. Year 10 is organised into a series of skills sessions followed by short designand make projects which then lead you to the major controlled assessment project.

is a fun and exciting course which will really develop your design and
communication skills and open your mind to the opportunities available to you
and to the kinds of incredible products that are out there. It will develop
your drawing skills, your ICT skills, your independence and your ability to
work as a part of a team. Graphics is all about your ability to develop and
communicate your ideas to other people; a skill which is much in demand. Every
year we introduce live briefs, working with local companies and organisations
and competitions form a key part of developing your presentation and
